We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role is vital to the seamless functioning of our Logistics department, involving a range of activities from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the physical capability to handle frequent Lifting. We prioritize Safety above all else and expect all team members to adhere to strict protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Storing products in their designated locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately picking and packing orders according to customer requirements.
- Preparing outgoing shipments, including proper labeling and documentation.
- Operating manual warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhering to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participating in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Assisting with Loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
- Collaborating effectively with other warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of Safety guidelines and best practices in a warehouse context.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
- Good communication skills.
