Our busy Las Vegas, Nevada distribution center is looking for an energetic and accurate Order Picker to join our logistics team. This role is critical for ensuring our customers receive the correct products quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and prioritize Safety above all else. You will be responsible for accurately identifying, collecting, and preparing items for shipment, playing a key part in our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using order lists and scanners.
- Verify product codes and quantities against customer orders.
- Pack selected items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Stage orders in designated areas for final inspection and dispatch.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all company Safety protocols and utilize provided PPE diligently.
- Participate in inventory management processes, including cycle counts.
- Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient order fulfillment in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
- Experience with warehouse scanning technology.
- Good understanding of warehouse Safety standards and procedures.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
