Essential duties include the safe handling and movement of goods, which requires the ability to perform regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Efficiently stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock adjustments.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physically intensive tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with warehouse equipment and scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory control is beneficial.
