Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety .
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and technology (scanners, WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
- Understanding of logistics and inventory management principles is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
