Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our rapidly growing e-commerce operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will span across order picking, packing, and shipping within our modern fulfillment center. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using pick lists and RF scanners.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and staging.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper stocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
- Follow strict Lifting guidelines to ensure a safe work practice.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with quality control checks on outgoing orders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfillment role is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Familiarity with basic Logistics operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
