Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in the exciting city of Las Vegas, Nevada! We are seeking proactive individuals to manage and process orders efficiently within our state-of-the-art fulfillment center. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers, directly impacting their experience. You will be involved in every stage of the order fulfillment process, from receiving inventory to dispatching finished goods. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders using RF scanners or other devices.
- Assemble and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities and condition, and stock items appropriately.
- Process returns and restock merchandise efficiently.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (training available).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow all Lifting guidelines to prevent strains and injuries.
- Contribute to team goals and assist colleagues as needed.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety.
