Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in machine learning or data-driven software development
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques
Experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimisation
Experience deploying models into production environments
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and MLOps concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
Design, build, train, and evaluate machine learning models
Work with data engineers to prepare and validate datasets
Deploy and monitor models in production environments
Improve model performance, reliability, and explainability
Collaborate with architects and developers to integrate AI into applications
Document models, assumptions, and limitations clearly
Contribute to continuous improvement of AI practices and standards
