We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Associate – someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the field of performance marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, keen to learn new tools and strategies, and able to communicate clearly with teammates. You're someone who has a sense of curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering results, which will set you up for success here.

This role is based in our New York Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end growth operations for Paid Social, Search, Affiliate and SEO.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Bing, and more) with guidance of Sr. Manager, Performance.
  • Manage digital budgets, shifting spend between channels to optimize for Sales, CAC, ROAS, and various other KPIs.
