POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Partnerships, the Regional Director is a customer-facing role responsible for cultivating new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and promoting high-quality program engagements. This position requires occasional travel (up to 40%) to support customer meetings, conferences, and events.
This role is critical in UnboundEd's sales strategy: qualifying leads, generating opportunities, and advancing them through the sales cycle. The Regional Director is ideal for an educator, consultative sales professional, or customer-focused leader eager to grow as part of a dynamic, mission-driven team. As a Regional Director, your work directly shapes educators' professional learning experiences, ensuring that students—particularly those historically underserved—receive the high-quality instruction they deserve.
UnboundEd is a virtual organization, and this Exempt position can be based anywhere in the United States. UnboundEd has core business hours, during which we expect all staff to be available from 9 am to 5 pm local time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partnership Development
- Develop a territory growth plan that aligns with annual revenue goals and key customer targets.
- Leverage industry insights, data, and historical sales to identify top prospects and generate new opportunities.
