Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Crawlspace/Attic Cleanout Supervisor to lead our team in efficiently and safely performing cleanout projects in residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards are met, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service. Your leadership will help clients enjoy healthier, safer spaces while maintaining a positive, productive work environment. Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate crawlspace and attic cleanout projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols
  • Lead a team of technicians, providing clear instructions, training, and support to maximize efficiency and quality of work
  • Conduct site assessments to determine scope of work, identify hazards, and plan appropriate cleaning procedures
  • Ensure all equipment is used correctly and maintained properly, including the use of tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary
  • Monitor job sites for safety compliance, enforce safety procedures, and address any issues promptly
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain project scope, progress, and any necessary follow-up actions
  • Complete detailed reports documenting project activities, safety checks, and client interactions

Skills

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Strong understanding of crawlspace and attic environments, including common issues like mold, pests, or water damage
  • Ability to operate electrical testing tools such as Ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members clearly and professionally
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces
  • Prior experience or familiarity with electrical inspections or troubleshooting is a plus

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
