Server/Bartender

Duties

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently using POS systems such as Touch Bistro
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately while processing transactions swiftly.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods like banquets or nightclub events.
• Qualifications
• Proven restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Touch Bistro
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and retail math for sales upselling opportunities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
