Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide advanced clinical care in an acute and chronic pain management clinic. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, refill medications and order interventional pain procedures for patients who suffer from acute and chronic pain issues. You will be working alongside a double board certified pain doctor. The practice does have 2 locations and may require some traveling and also televisits. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working within a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments, utilizing your deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to inform clinical decisions.
- Manage a broad spectrum of healthcare needs, including acute pain management, personal injury evaluations, imaging reviews, etc
- Administer injections as appropriate including tpi, joint injections, botox, etc
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as eClinicalWorks to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide triage services via telehealth or in-person visits, assessing patient needs quickly to prioritize urgent cases like Level I trauma or ICU admissions.

Skills
- Proven experience with ECW would be a plus
- compassionate individual who is looking to help patients
- helpful to be confident in doing procedures or willing to learn TPI or joint injections
- Familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes along with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding standards for accurate documentation.
- familiarity with spinal anatomy and or ability to learn
The provider is willing to train if the employee is motivated and eager to join a rapidly growing practice. New grads are welcome to apply and work through a training program with the practice.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $125, $155,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
