The Windsor Place Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a skilled and committed RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during the 7p–7a full-time night shift. Daily Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is provided during the night shift
• Oversee shift operations including staff assignments, patient care delivery, and emergency response
• Monitor residents' conditions and ensure accurate documentation and reporting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Conduct shift change reports and communicate effectively with other supervisors and team members
• Support and mentor LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and participate in care plan meetings as needed
• Address concerns from residents, families, and staff in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Mississippi
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or charge nurse experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $34.50 per hour
