Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on Saturdays with the potential for additional after-school hours. This role involves working closely with our experienced speech pathologists to provide high-quality therapy services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist speech pathologists in providing therapy to children and adults with speech and language disorders.

• Implement treatment plans and activities as directed by the supervising speech pathologist.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to support client goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license in California.

• Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for helping clients achieve their speech and language goals.
