Speakeasy Barbershop is a locally owned business located in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. We pride ourselves on being professional, adaptable, and growth-focused. Our goal is to build a team of exceptional barbers who are eager to develop their skills and grow with the company. Currently home to three talented stylists, we are seeking a part-time barber with the opportunity to increase hours as their clientele grows.

Responsibilities

• Provide barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, hot shaves, facials, grey blending, eye brow waxing, kids cuts and microneedling

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and deliver personalized, high-quality results

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold the barbershop's brand standards

• Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every client feels welcomed and valued

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and common areas in compliance with state regulations

• Manage appointment schedules efficiently and respect clients' time

• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through professionalism and consistent service quality

• Stay current on barbering trends, techniques, and products

• Recommend and educate clients on grooming products and at-home care

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Must hold either a Master Cosmetologist or Master Barber license

• Proficiency in using salon software for scheduling and client management

• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to up-sell products and services

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Pay Structure

Starting compensation consists of an estimated hourly rate plus client gratuities. Final hourly pay will be determined based on the stylist's level of experience.
