Position Summary

We're seeking a driven and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help accelerate INNERGY's growth by generating qualified leads and booking discovery meetings for our sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be on the front lines of a fast-scaling SaaS organization that's transforming an entire industry through technology and automation. You'll serve as the first point of contact for potential customers educating them on how INNERGY solutions can revolutionize their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Research, identify, and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, social media, and industry outreach.
  • Build a Strong Pipeline: Maintain a healthy pipeline of high-quality opportunities aligned with company growth targets.
  • Engage Prospects: Develop and execute cold outreach strategies with personalized messaging that highlights INNERGY's full suite of solutions.
  • Set Qualified Meetings: Book high-quality meetings for the sales team with decision-makers at target manufacturing companies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales to refine campaigns, share market insights, and optimize conversion rates.
  • CRM Accuracy: Keep all prospect interactions and pipeline updates current in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Stay Industry-Savvy: Build a deep understanding of ERP systems, CAD/CAM integrations, and how these technologies solve real manufacturing challenges.

Key Metrics

  • Number of qualified meetings set
  • Number of new opportunities generated
  • Activity volume and conversion rates (calls, emails, sequences)
  • Pipeline growth and contribution to revenue goals

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferably SaaS or manufacturing tech).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade technical and operational decision-makers.
  • Proven resilience in cold outreach and ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Passion for learning, problem-solving, and helping customers adopt modern software solutions.
