Role Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for running the entire operational floor day-to-day, ensuring every department—from Receiving to Testing, Cleaning, Value Enhancement, Repairs, and Shipping—operates with discipline, speed, and accuracy. This role ensures throughput keeps pace with demand, bottlenecks are eliminated quickly, SOPs are followed consistently, and teams execute the strategic processes designed by senior leadership.

Run TekReplay Operations as a coordinated, high-efficiency engine—achieving throughput, accuracy, and quality standards across all departments with zero bottlenecks and consistent process execution.
Core KPIs
Order SLA hit rate ≥ 98% across all marketplaces
Dock-to-stock ≤ 24–48 hours for inbound inventory
Inventory accuracy ≥ 99.5%
Daily throughput targets met for all departments
Aged inventory reduction through proactive bottleneck removal
Marketplace defect metrics within thresholds
Operational cost per unit trending down
SOP/process adherence
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead daily stand-ups; communicate priorities and throughput targets.
Assign labor and resources; eliminate bottlenecks across departments.
Enforce SOP discipline across all operational areas.
Execution & Throughput
Oversee operations across Receiving, Testing, Cleaning, Value Enhancement, Repairs, Shipping.
Monitor queues and implement corrective actions.
Process Enforcement & Improvement
Ensure SOPs are implemented consistently.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Capacity & Labor Planning
Develop weekly staffing plans.
Ensure departments are properly resourced.
Systems & Data
Enforce accurate use of Sellercloud, SKUstack, WMS/ERP functions, serial tracking.
Conduct routine data accuracy audits.
Performance Management
Hold managers accountable to KPIs.
Conduct weekly performance reviews.
Maintain a culture of urgency, accuracy, and accountability.
Requirements
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree (4-year) required — ideally in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
· 3–7 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
· Direct experience managing a serialization-based warehouse where devices or components require strict serial tracking, scanning, and traceability throughout the workflow.
· Proven ability to lead teams of 20+ warehouse personnel, including managers, supervisors, and associates.
· Demonstrated experience implementing SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes
· Strong understanding of WMS/ERP systems used for multi-channel e-commerce fulfillment.
· Experience coordinating warehouse operations across Receiving → Testing → Value Enhancement → Repairs → Shipping.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs, throughput data, labor models, and operational performance metrics.
· Ability to enforce structure, discipline, and accountability on the warehouse floor.
· Excellent communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, E-Commerce, Finance, and Leadership teams.
· Experience handling marketplace SLAs is a major plus.

Understanding of ecommerce SLAs.
Strong communication and systems knowledge.
Work Schedule Expectations
Full-time, on-site role.
Standard 40 hours, but 45–55+ hours may be required based on volume, deadlines, and seasonality.
Flexibility required to achieve throughput and SLA targets.
Compensation
$80,000 – $95,000 base salary + potential 10–15% performance bonus.
