Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality—all welcome)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills (40+ WPM)
  • Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software (we'll train you on ours)
  • Reliable transportation and a clean background check
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus but not required

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8am–5pm with rotating Saturday mornings (plenty of notice and never mandatory overtime).
