We're looking for caring, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Whether you're brand new to the field or ready for a fresh start, we'll walk with you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies
• Support clients in building meaningful skills
• Collect data and track progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, confidential records consistent with HIPAA standards
• Help create a positive, encouraging environment for clients and families

What You Bring

• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest or experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Ability to follow treatment plans, collect data, and stay organized
• Willingness to learn ABA principles and therapy strategies
• Commitment to professionalism and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
