Summer Teacher's Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Asst. to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. As an asst. teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early development of children, guiding them through their formative years with engaging lessons and activities that promote learning and growth.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
• Assess and document children's progress in literacy education and other developmental milestones.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare and development.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
• Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed to ensure their success.
• Organize activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Knowledge of child welfare practices and early childhood development principles.
• Ability to educate young learners effectively while fostering a love for learning.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and staff.
• A commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all students.
