Electrician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various construction and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical experience, including knowledge of NEC standards, blueprint reading, and working with both low and high voltage systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of interpreting schematics and working safely with power tools and hand tools in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in commercial and industrial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance
• Use hand tools, power tools, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing devices to diagnose electrical issues
• Comply with all safety standards including NEC regulations and low/high voltage safety protocols
• Work on construction sites performing wiring installations, system upgrades, and routine maintenance
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure electrical components are integrated seamlessly into building frameworks
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used for each project
• Ensure all work adheres to local codes, safety standards, and project specifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Industrial or Commercial Electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical schematics comprehension
• Hands-on experience with low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
• Skilled in the use of hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, pliers; power tools including drills and saws; testing devices like ammeters and ohmmeters
• Knowledge of NEC standards and safety regulations related to electrical work
• Construction site experience preferred with the ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
