Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused
Associate Attorney
to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Springfield office. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for advising clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, attending court hearings, and collaborating with our experienced attorneys to achieve successful client outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation in a variety of practice areas.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough legal research and apply findings to client cases.
- Attend client meetings, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- +2 years or more of experience.
- Able to start immediately.
- Admission to the Missouri Bar (active and in good standing).
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Prior experience in one or more of our practice areas is preferred but not required.
