Store Associate

Pembroke Gun Range is a premier firearm and shooting range facility offering a variety of services to enthusiasts and professionals. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented Store Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent customer experience and smooth store operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
Provide knowledgeable advice on merchandise, including firearms, ammunition, and accessories.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.

Sales:
Drive sales through exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
Conduct transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Offer promotional information and upsell products when appropriate.

Merchandising and Inventory Management:
Assist in receiving, pricing, and displaying merchandise.
Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
Ensure that the store remains clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised.

Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all federal, state, and local firearm laws and regulations.
Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent accidents and incidents.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.

Administrative Support:
Answer phone calls and manage scheduling of range appointments.
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other necessary reports.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
