Overview: The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to own our end-to-end sales process. In this role, you won't just wait for leads to come to you, you will be the engine that creates them. From initial cold outreach and lead generation to running high-stakes demos and closing deals, you will have full ownership of your sales pipeline.

This role is perfect for a "hunter" personality who loves the challenge of finding new business, building relationships at international trade shows, and successfully navigating the entire sales cycle to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities: The Full Sales Cycle
Lead Generation & Outbound: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales funnel—from first contact and discovery calls to technical demonstrations and final negotiations.

International Trade Shows: Represent the company at global exhibitions and conferences. Actively engage with visitors, generate on-site leads, and follow up to convert them into customers.

Solution Selling: Conduct deep discovery to understand client pain points and present our machines/solutions as the perfect fit for their business needs.

Deal Closing: Manage contract negotiations, overcome objections, and drive prospects to a successful close.

CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, ensuring all interactions and pipeline stages are accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Requirements
Proven Sales Experience: experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in hardware, machinery, or high-ticket technology.

Full-Cycle Mastery: Demonstrated success in both Outbound/Prospecting and Closing deals. You must be comfortable with "the hunt."

Self-Starter Mentality: You are highly motivated, able to work independently, and possess the resilience needed for high-volume outreach.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) and modern sales automation software.
