What You'll Be Doing
- Using industry leading methods and validated procedures to promote a planned proactive maintenance program reducing equipment and process downtime.
- Collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to build reliable maintenance processes ensuring that maintenance tasks are accurately prioritized, well-documented, and effectively executed.
- Optimizing maintenance workforce and materials through effective job planning, strategies, and advanced work schedules for performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Reviewing completed jobs with the maintenance team leaders to compare estimated versus actual labor and material costs to improve the accuracy of estimating and improve work methods.
- Ensuring integrity of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) including maintenance records, asset inventory, and equipment history data.
- Participating in budgetary preparation, tracking, and analysis.
- Providing metrics to members of various departments and stakeholders within the organization.
What You'll Bring With You (Requirements/Qualifications)
- Associate degree in electrical/mechanical maintenance or a related field; five or more years of maintenance planning and/or electrical, instrumentation or mechanical maintenance experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Certified journeyman of electrical or mechanical systems preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have an acceptable and reliable means for being contacted during off-duty hours.
- Must have safe work and driving habits.
This position is considered safety-sensitive and is subject to random drug testing.
