We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Sales & Admissions Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of OSL and help drive occupancy through meaningful outreach, exceptional follow-up, and seamless move-in coordination.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales, Outreach, and Follow-Up
- Drive occupancy by achieving KPIs for inquiries, tours, move-ins, and revenue
- Respond quickly to all calls, voicemails, emails, walk-ins, and referrals
- Conduct warm, engaging tours for families and potential residents, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Consistently follow up with prospects until decision or disqualification
- Build scripts, templates, and follow-up systems for scalability
- Admissions Coordination
- Ensure smooth transitions from inquiry to tour to move-in
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in the CRM (ALIS)
- Serve as the primary family contact, providing timely updates and resolving concerns
- Partner closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams
- Community Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute community marketing events
- Support partnerships with local vendors, hospitals, and referral networks
- Participate in outreach efforts that position OSL as a preferred senior living option

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to clearly explain senior living services to families and potential residents
Strategic, systems-oriented thinker with a focus on long-term growth
Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
