2nd - 3rd Shift CNC Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team on the 2nd or 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC equipment, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality production in a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CNC operating experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
