Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of goals-based financial planning / wealth strategies including assessment of client needs
- Maintain a robust knowledge of the firm's latest planning tools, techniques and strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with the management team and inform them of circumstances that require supervisory attention/review/approval per compliance guidelines and policies
- Source prospective clients and capitalize on referrals
- Deliver customized solutions and the full resources of Kadima Wealth
Engage in business development activities, including:
– Conducting warm outbound outreach to prospects and event leads.
– Following up with attendees from workshops, webinars, and networking events.
– Assisting with coordination and execution of firm-hosted events.
– Supporting marketing campaigns and outreach.
– Helping identify potential COIs and initiating introductory outreach.
Required Skills:
- Series 65/66 or ability to obtain within 6 months of on-boarding
- 1 - 3 years of financial services or sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest or experience in sales or relationship-building
- Self-starter with initiative
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred
- Proven ability to partner and promote lead generation.
- Experience balancing investment management, sales activities and new client development.
- Interest in pursuing the CFP designation
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly entrepreneurial
