Job Description:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to construction standards, methods, and procedures.
• Resolve issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining project timelines.
• Provide accurate project reporting and documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.
• Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years as a Construction Project Manager in both residential and commercial construction.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
• Knowledge of various construction standards, methods, and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $100,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday.
