Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a highly motivated individual responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling meetings with premium prospects. You'll be the first point of contact for qualifying potential clients, exposing them to our services and positioning the value of investing in technology to achieve business results.
This role combines outbound calling, research, and relationship building to develop a warm, targeted database of qualified prospects and schedule appointments for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to businesses within our target market technology users) while making sure HubSpot is up to date.
- Speak directly with decision-makers to qualify and set appointments for senior leadership.
- Schedule at least 2-5 qualified Teams meetings per week for the CEO or sales team.
- Build, manage, and maintain a "Warm 250" database of qualified prospects for ongoing outreach.
- Conduct research to identify ideal prospects using online tools, CRM data, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Send personalized follow-up emails, direct messages, and outreach sequences to support call campaigns.
Database & CRM Management
- Accurately document all activities, calls, conversations, and outcomes in HubSpot (CRM).
- Log detailed notes and follow-up tasks to maintain a clean, actionable pipeline.
- Update and refine prospect data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Relationship Building
- Establish trust and rapport with prospects through consistent communication.
- Understand business challenges and align our services with client goals.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and confident presence on every call and meeting.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with senior management and marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to share insights and progress.
- Provide reports on activity levels, meetings booked, and pipeline development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of prior experience in sales, inside sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment.
- Proven ability to prospect and build strong business relationships over the phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional "executive presence."
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and coachable mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology-related sales.
- Knowledge of managed service providers (MSPs) or B2B technology sales.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Pay: $40, $60,000.00 per year
