GlobalSource IT is working with our direct client in
Janesville, WI
. Our client is looking to add a
Senior Project Manager
to their team to support multiple ongoing initiatives within their enterprise applications landscape. This is a
long-term, hybrid contract opportunity
focused on ERP enhancement and transformation work. A significant component of this role will involve partnering closely with the client's Systems Integrator (SI) partner to ensure alignment, execution consistency, and successful delivery across the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ERP-related projects with a focus on Microsoft D365 or similar enterprise systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal business/IT stakeholders and the SI partner, ensuring clear communication, alignment on scope, and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk registers.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, steering committee reviews, and cross-functional workshops.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies in coordination with stakeholders and SI teams.
• Monitor SI deliverables for quality, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.
• Drive requirements gathering, documentation, process mapping, and change management activities as needed.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business SMEs, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, BC, or CE) or any other ERP.
• Background in EDI, ISV coordination, or system integration projects.
• PMP, CSM, or other PM certifications.
• Familiarity with organizational change management practices.
