As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing potential leads. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, making the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport essential. Your main focus will be on conducting outreach through various channels, including phone, email, and social media, to engage with potential clients and effectively present our offerings. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential leads.
- Engage with prospects through phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Qualify leads by assessing their potential and determining their needs.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts and campaigns.
- Continuously follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (sales, SDR, BDR, support, or high-volume hospitality/retail).
- Confident communicator: articulate, clear, and comfortable handling rejection.
- Strong written skills: able to craft a personalized cold email in under 10 minutes.
- Organized and proactive; maintains excellent CRM hygiene and follows through consistently.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal structure.
- Metrics-driven and curious; you love testing new approaches and sharing learnings.
- Coachable and collaborative: open to feedback and eager to apply it immediately.
What You'll Do
Outbound Prospecting: Engage 150+ prospects daily through calls, email, and LinkedIn — identifying key decision-makers and booking qualified discovery meetings.
Pipeline Ownership:
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline — owning your targets from lead to handoff.
