Summary
We are actively hiring a full-time

Bamboo Health supports a suite of customer-facing, web-based applications that enable meaningful care coordination. In this role, you will contribute across all tiers of our application environment and have opportunities to explore new technologies as we continue expanding our services.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with your team and engineering leadership to uphold high standards for design, implementation, performance, and security
  • Partner with the product team to ensure solutions align with customer needs
  • Design and develop new features that enhance our platform
  • Maintain, improve, and extend existing functionality

What Success Looks Like…
*In 3 months… *

  • Develop a solid understanding of our business domain, development processes, and codebase
  • Actively ask questions and build foundational knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Deliver new capabilities and enhance existing ones based on customer needs

*In 6 months… *

  • Consistently meet development expectations with high-quality work
  • Contribute to peer code reviews and share constructive feedback

*In 12 months… *

  • Propose thoughtful ideas for technical improvements and platform enhancements
  • Participate meaningfully in design discussions and solution planning

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Salesforce development experience; Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Interest in developing on Salesforce Health Cloud to support Care Navigators delivering follow-up care services
  • Experience configuring Salesforce components such as Omni-Channel, Flows, Messaging, DataRaptors, Document Generation, Call Center tools, and roles/permissions
  • Proficiency with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and an understanding of Governor Limits
  • Experience building and maintaining custom Apex REST services, triggers, asynchronous jobs, and batch processes
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CLI and Git-based source control
  • Strong data migration skills using tools like Data Loader, Salesforce CLI (sf data), Workbench, or Bulk API
  • Solid Salesforce administration and configuration skills, including objects, workflows, validation rules, and permission sets
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug using Developer Console, Debug Logs, and related tools
  • Experience with AWS Connect voice integrations is a plus
  • Experience with AWS, serverless technologies, Python, Java (Spring Boot), or JavaScript frameworks (such as React) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment and creativity in designing solutions.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment, ensuring high-quality virtual interactions with minimal distractions.
  • The ability to travel periodically for work.
