Your Role
As a Store Manager, you'll lead a dynamic sales team, oversee daily store operations, and drive performance to meet and exceed goals. You'll create a positive, high-energy environment where employees are motivated, customers are delighted, and the store runs smoothly every day.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and inspire a team of Sales Advocates.

• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun.

Sales & Performance

• Set and achieve ambitious sales goals.

• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Customer Experience

• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service.

• Train your team on product knowledge and problem-solving.

• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Inventory & Operations

• Manage inventory, conduct audits, and maintain stock accuracy.

• Oversee daily operations: cash handling, opening/closing, and compliance.

• Keep the store organized, clean, and aligned with Cricket's brand image.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Support local promotions and marketing initiatives.

• Leverage social media and community outreach to grow store traffic.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare reports on sales, productivity, and inventory.

• Use data insights to improve performance and make informed decisions.
