What you bring to SBHG:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate OR Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Hospital Administration, Business
- OR Vocational Degree in Nursing or Psychiatric Technician preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in a mental health field preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a mental health agency or county behavioral health program preferred.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with program data collection highly desired.
- Valid California Driver's License required.
How you will make a difference:
- Ensure compliance with company, state, and regulatory standards through Quality Assurance oversight.
- Coordinate data collection, evaluation, and reporting of outcomes with leadership
- Review and track incidents, grievances, and client/family satisfaction reports.
- Oversee client records, documentation standards, and chart audits.
- Support Utilization Review/QA Committees and provide staff supervision as assigned.
- Monitor timeliness of documentation and maintain updated policies/procedures.
- Assist with Medi‑Cal Certification/Recertification and medical record maintenance.
Division/Program Overview:
24/7 inpatient involuntary program
16-bed facility for acute youth (ages 5-17)
Intensive treatment programs with individualized care plans
Available for contracting Central Valley counties
Moves clients through five phases: admission; engagement; learning; stabilization and linkage to resources and aftercare
