Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Springfield, MO. The Attorney will handle diverse legal responsibilities, including client consultations, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing cases from inception to resolution. The role involves providing legal counsel across practice areas such as estate planning, elder law, real estate transactions, business law, and litigation. Active participation in court appearances, negotiations, and client advocacy is required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of one or more area of law that is useful or necessary to our firm
• Litigation skills, including trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and court advocacy
• Excellent legal research and document drafting skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
• Missouri bar licensure in good standing
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines effectively
• The more experience the better, but vast experience is not required - being the right FIT is the most important consideration
