Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering individualized and group instruction across subjects such as reading, writing, math, spelling, and art.
• Work closely with students to ensure their understanding and progress.
• Lead and supervise activities that engage children in learning.

YOUR COMPENSATION: $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr

• Starting Salary: $21.00/hr (earn more with experience and degree)
• Raise when passing the Para Pro Assessment: $1040
• Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: $1040
• Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: $1560 for each step
• Raise when obtaining your Registered Behavior Technician credential in-house with us: $3120

High School Diploma or equivalent accepted with relevant experience. A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
