Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance, and proficiency in managing complex machinery and systems. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing maintenance operations, supervising technical teams, and ensuring the optimal performance of injection molding equipment. The Maintenance Manager will play a critical role in maintaining safety standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the maintenance team responsible for injection molding equipment and facility systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS tools to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of complex machinery, including electrical systems with high voltage and low voltage components.
  • Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and general building upkeep.
  • Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system documentation to diagnose issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with production management to plan maintenance schedules that minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing throughput.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical systems, high voltage, and industrial maintenance standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using CMMS software; track key performance indicators for maintenance efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and safety protocols.
  • Manage project planning for equipment upgrades or installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, specifically within injection molding or similar sectors.
  • Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated leadership in team development and conflict resolution.
  • Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience, including working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Familiarity with facilities management practices such as HVAC systems, high voltage/low voltage electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
  • Experience with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety standards related to electrical systems (high voltage) and mechanical operations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination. This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a growing manufacturing environment while ensuring operational excellence through expert maintenance practices.

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
