This region has high ABA demand, strong school networks, and consistent referral volume, making it an ideal area for BCBAs seeking stable and meaningful caseloads.

Clients You'll Support

Children in Altamonte Springs who demonstrate communication delays, behavioral challenges, social skill needs, or adaptive skill deficits. Caseloads typically include early learners and school-aged children with ASD, ADHD, or developmental delays, with services delivered in homes, learning centers, and community environments.

What You'll Do

• Conduct ABA assessments to determine individualized treatment goals
• Develop and maintain behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and coaching to RBTs
• Deliver parent coaching to reinforce skills across settings
• Analyze progress data and adjust clinical programs as needed
• Work collaboratively with families, schools, and providers to support generalization
