Job description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our roofing and solar services to both residential and commercial clients. You will leverage your expertise in roofing and solar systems to educate potential customers on our products and services and close sales in a fast-paced and competitive market. All of our reps also benefit from company generated sales leads and the ability to reach additional prospects through our exclusive regional partnership with America's largest home improvement retailer; Lowe's.
The position is commission based. (We provided $40 million worth of leads to our reps in 2025)
Responsibilities/ What You'll Do:
- Meet with homeowners and businesses for roofing needs. (leads provided + self-generated)
- Participate/Lead/Grow regional in-store lead generation with our strategic partner: Lowe's (Fortune 500 retailer)
- Prepare and present professional proposals/estimates to potential clients.
- Educate customers on roofing products, services, and processes.
- Build relationships with customers from first call to project completion to drive referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous and proven experience in residential and commercial solar or roofing sales.
- Proven track record to meet or exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets/goals..
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented problem solver with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
- Proficiency with solar design software, CRM, and computer systems for sales tracking.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
