Job Summary:

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to play a vital role in the seamless execution of advertising operations for live events on a global scale. Working closely with the traffic operations team, you will be responsible for the tactical implementation of advertising schedules, ensuring precision and accuracy in commercial placement across various broadcast and streaming platforms. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where live event programming requires real-time decision-making and flawless execution. You will serve as a critical link in the advertising operations workflow, maintaining system integrity while supporting the delivery of high-quality commercial content to audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage advertising commercial schedules specifically for live events across global markets
  • Execute tactical advertising operations in support of the traffic operations team
  • Maintain system organization and ensure data accuracy within traffic management platforms
  • Coordinate the placement and timing of advertisements during live event programming
  • Monitor and troubleshoot scheduling issues to ensure seamless ad delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet advertising commitments and deadlines
  • Perform quality control checks on commercial schedules prior to live event execution
  • Update and maintain documentation related to advertising operations and procedures

Skills:

  • Traffic operations experience with demonstrated proficiency in building commercial schedules
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a live event environment
  • Proficiency with traffic management systems and broadcast operations software
  • Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
  • Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration
  • Wide Orbit experience preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Three to five years of experience in traffic operations or related field
  • Broadcast or streaming platform industry knowledge highly preferred
  • Wide Orbit expertise strongly preferred

Additional Details:

  • Pay Range*: 38$-43$
  • Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
