Position Overview:

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Superintendent:

1. Ensure Projects Stay on Track:
   Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Manage Changes to Scope, Schedule, and Budget:
   Identify and manage scope changes, scheduling adjustments, and cost impacts using structured verification methods.
3. Monitor Field Activities for Risk and Quality:
   Implement risk mitigation strategies and enforce safety and quality standards during all phases of construction.
4. Coordinate with Vendors and Stakeholders:
   Maintain communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep all parties aligned and responsive to evolving project needs.
5. Maintain Accurate Field Documentation:
   Generate and maintain project documentation, including ordering briefs, daily reports, and records of site progress.

Requirements:

• HS diploma with 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years in data center construction experience
• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to work independently, strong communication skills with ability to influence behaviors.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Procore, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Ideal Candidate Profile
:

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting data center construction projects, particularly in roles involving project management or QA/QC. They are proactive, organized, and motivated to grow into a leadership position by working alongside our industry leading superintendents and owning the logistics coordinator responsibilities.

• Salary range $150,000 - $180,000 commensurate with experience.
