We are recruiting an
IT Business Analyst (P2P)
to join a fast-paced, global IT function supporting Procurement and Finance. This role sits
within IT , acting as a critical bridge between Finance, Procurement, and Technology.
This is a
true Business Analyst position
– ideal for someone with strong process and requirements expertise rather than a functional consultant background.
The Role
Act as the
dedicated P2P specialist
within the IT organisation
Own
end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes , challenging and shaping business requirements
Translate business needs into
clear functional designs and process models
Partner closely with
IT Architecture
and delivery teams
Operate confidently in a
global, evolving environment
where priorities shift quickly
Key Experience Required
ERP experience (D365 F&O)
Strong
Business Analysis
background
Deep understanding of
Procure-to-Pay processes
Minimum
4 years’ ERP experience
Experience working within an
IT-led operating model
Ability to act as a
bridge between Finance and IT
Technical & Methodology Skills
ERP experience (D365 F&O preferred; AX considered)
Process Mapping & Functional Design
Business Requirements creation
BPMN modelling (APQC knowledge highly desirable)
Tools such as Lucidchart/Visio, JIRA/Confluence, LeanIX, Microsoft environment
