Solid SQL skills for querying and validating data.
Understanding of data modelling concepts and how they impact reporting performance.
Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Curious, detail‑oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to improve products and user experiences.
Nice to have
Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g. PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar).
Knowledge of healthcare systems or relevant industry experience.
Exposure to data governance and self‑service analytics frameworks.
Solid understanding of Python or a willingness to learn for more advanced reports and data exploration.
Familiarity with cloud‑based data platforms and big data environments (e.g., Azure, Databricks) is a plus.
