We are a growing ecommerce group selling through our own Shopify websites and major online marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations & Systems Administrator to manage our ecommerce systems, product data, and platform integrations across multiple websites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain product listings across Shopify and online marketplaces
Work with marketplace APIs and seller portals to update products and data
Administer and optimise Shopify stores, themes, and plugins
Ensure product data, pricing, VAT, and content are accurate across all platforms
Monitor and resolve data feed, integration, and sync issues
Ensure sales and transaction data flows correctly into Sage accounting software
Maintain and update product data using spreadsheets and system tools
Support improvements to ecommerce workflows and system efficiency
Requirements
Proven experience working with Shopify and Shopify plugins
Experience with online marketplaces and third‑party integrations
Strong attention to detail and data management skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Experience with Sage accounting software is preferred, but not essential
Experience working with AI tools would be beneficial, but is not essential for this role
Ability to work independently and manage day‑to‑day ecommerce operations
