Join Emerson as a Graduate Sales Engineer within our UK & Ireland Sales group. You can expect excellent product, sales & technical training, and the opportunity to learn from inspiring managers and engineers in the industry. The role is located near Stockport with a 12‑month rotational programme across key business areas. During the programme, you will learn about the products and services we offer, collaborate with our sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to the business growth by increasing sales opportunities with our customers. You will be paired with a Mentor and a Buddy to support your growth, plus participate in continuous improvement projects to build your network and skills. Upon completion, you will transition into the role of an Inside Sales Engineer, continuing your professional development within Emerson. You will need to live within a commutable distance of the Stockport office (or be willing to relocate). Key dates: deadline for applications 20 February 2026; Assessment Centre in April 2026; expected start date September 2026. Located out of our Stockport office, participate in a 12-month rotational programme across key business areas. Learn about Emerson’s products and services; collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver excellent customer service; contribute to business growth by increasing sales opportunities. Actively participate in opportunity creation, solution engineering, proposal development, negotiation, closing, booking, and processing customer orders. Upon completion, transition into the role of Inside Sales Engineer to further your professional growth within Emerson. Live within a commutable distance of Stockport (or relocate to be near the office). Who You Are
You are a driven graduate with the desire to develop your skills by working with industry-leading customers, making an impact from day 1, and participating in projects that enable rapid learning, innovation and networking. For This Role, You Will Need
Be on track to achieve a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline, with a graduation date between 2025 and 2026. Be motivated and curious with a strong desire to succeed. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to travel. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart
