We’re looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused
New Home Sales Advisor
to join our team in
York . If you have a passion for property and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Working
Thursday through Monday , you’ll play a key part in helping buyers find their dream home while delivering outstanding service and driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers throughout the buying journey – from first enquiry to final completion
Present new homes with confidence and professionalism, highlighting key features and benefits
Build strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and internal teams
Use CRM systems to track enquiries and progress sales
Maintain the presentation and marketing of the show home and sales area
Achieve individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in
new home sales
or a similar customer-facing sales role
Professional, proactive, and highly organised
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong IT skills and confident using sales and CRM software
A reliable team player who can also work independently
Flexible with weekend working –
Thursday to Monday schedule is required
