We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious B2B Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at BEECOME MORE. This role is perfect for a self‑driven professional with a proven track record of closing sales and achieving targets in a fast‑paced environment. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales within the B2B market.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads: proactively source and identify new business opportunities in the B2B market.
Sales presentations: present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers using strong communication skills and product knowledge.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers within target companies.
Achieve sales targets: meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, using a data‑driven approach to track and measure performance.
Close sales: manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on closing high‑value sales.
Client management: maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, upsell where possible, and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Email marketing: use email marketing to promote programmes and follow‑up on leads generated.
Portal updates: utilize lead generation via the client portal and update content.
Social media: use social media to increase brand awareness and generate sales.
Reporting: provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback.
Admin & ad‑hoc activity: CRM database management, general administration, and supporting events and exhibitions.
Use of initiative: employ your own initiative to find creative solutions, grow sales, overcome objections and close deals.
Skills and Qualifications
A proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Goal‑oriented: strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Proven sales record: demonstrated success in closing sales in a B2B environment, with a history of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally at all times.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively to achieve sales objectives.
Highly motivated to grow within the role, with a desire to take on increasing responsibility and pursue career growth.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and colleagues alike.
Previous experience in a B2B sales environment.
Strong understanding of the sales process and strategies for overcoming objections.
Ability to record data to manage leads and track progress.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Further Information Work hours: up to 25 hours per week (Monday‑Wednesday 9 am‑4 pm, Thursday 9 am‑3 pm, with a 30‑minute unpaid break). The position is temporary with weekly hours up to 25. Location: Antrim, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Salary: £7.55 per hour for 16‑17 years, £10.00 for 18‑20 years, £12.21 for 21 plus. Closing date: 17 Feb 2026.
