Overview
The US HOME PRO is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations with energy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain multiple spreadsheets
- Create and distribute daily sales reports
- Enter and manage sales data across multiple systems
- Create and organize new job folders
- Review email and mail for invoices, file accordingly
- Obtain and track lead pamphlets and tests
- Manage weekly job movement across systems
- Upload completed jobs to the appropriate systems
- Assist with payroll by creating sales payroll sheets for new sales representatives
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistance experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail
Skills and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with Adobe and Google Spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications: notary certification
