IT Technician

Job Classification: Non-Exempt; Full-Time Position

Pay Range: $55,000.00-$65,000.00

Location: West Virginia area preferred, open to any Blue Ridge Risk Partner or Avery Hall Insurance office locations

Job Summary:

The IT Technician is a key member of the IT department, responsible for providing technical support and resolving help desk tickets for staff across the organization. This role ensures the smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
